Introducing our new Employee of the Month series at Assembly Food Hall!

Join us as we shine a spotlight on our amazing team members in our new Employee of the Month series! Every month, we’ll introduce a new staff member, share their story, and celebrate their contributions. We hope you’ll take a moment to say hello when you see them – they’re the heart of what makes our space special!

May employee of the month goes to...

Lino

Meet Lino, our May Employee of the Month! Lino has been an essential part of Assembly Food Hall for over three years, serving as one of our lead barbacks. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, Lino takes pride in what he does and always shows up with a positive attitude.

When asked what he loves most about working at Assembly and Skydeck, Lino says it’s the people and the pride he takes in his work that keep him motivated every day.

Outside of work, Lino enjoys spending quality time with his three daughters, hanging out with his two cats, and catching up on soccer matches.

His top food stall pick? Chilangos Tacos—specifically the El Pastor taco. And when it comes to drinks, he recommends the espresso martini or the dragon fruit lemonade.

Thank you, Lino, for your hard work, dedication, and the energy you bring to the team. We’re lucky to have you!

April employee of the month goes to...

Jessie Ligocki

We’re thrilled to celebrate Jessie Ligocki as our April Employee of the Month! Originally from a small town in Illinois, Jessie made the bold move to Nashville in search of big-city energy, diversity, and connection—and she’s found all that and more at Assembly Food Hall & Skydeck.

Jessie has been a vital part of our team for over two years, serving great vibes and even better drinks as one of our standout bartenders. Her favorite part of the job? Meeting the incredible mix of people who walk through our doors every day.

Outside of work, Jessie is a talented artist and musician—whether she’s painting or strumming her guitar, creativity is always flowing. Check out her amazing artwork on Instagram: @jessieligocki

Need a food rec? Jessie’s go-to is DeSano Pizzeria—she loves the team there and says they always brighten her day.

Her must-do at the Hall? Catching a show on the Skydeck, hands down. She’s especially a fan of the Whiskey Jam takeovers during the summer and feels honored to be part of the team that brings such incredible performances to life.

Thank you, Jessie, for your energy, creativity, and dedication. We’re so lucky to have you on the team!

March employee of the month goes to...

Cheyanne

We’re excited to introduce Cheyanne, our fantastic Employee of the Month at the Assembly Food Hall for March! Cheyenne has been a dedicated part of our team for almost three years, with their work anniversary coming up at the end of May.

Originally from Riverside, California, Cheyanne has called Nashville home for nearly 16 years. When they’re not working hard at the Hall, they love exploring new places with their partner. Recently married and now settled into their own place, they enjoy hopping in the car for spontaneous road trips to random states.

Cheyanne is also a huge tattoo enthusiast and dreams of being covered in ink one day. At home, they share their space with their lovable Great Dane, Heidi. Don’t let Heidi’s size fool you — although she stands as tall as Cheyanne’s hips, she’s nothing but a big fur baby!

When it comes to food recommendations, Cheyanne suggests stopping by Pharmacy Burger or Honeyfire BBQ. Their go-to orders? The classic Pharmacy Burger with tater tots or a plate of delicious pulled pork or sausage from Honeyfire BBQ.

Working at Assembly Food Hall keeps Cheyanne on her toes. “It’s crazy!” they say. “Some nights are calm, and other nights are filled with rowdy (but friendly) guests just looking to make new friends with the security team!” Despite the occasional chaos, Cheyanne loves the opportunity to meet people from all over the world — each shift brings interesting characters and memorable moments.

One of Cheyanne’s favorite events is Bingo Loco, thanks to its high-energy vibe, wild prizes, and lively atmosphere. They also love seeing the amazing local talent that performs on our Skydeck Stage.

When asked about what they enjoy most at Assembly Food Hall, Cheyanne quickly points to the people. “The people here are amazing,” she shares.

Cheyanne’s top tip for first-time guests? “Take a lap before deciding where to eat! A lot of folks don’t realize the Food Hall has two different sections. And, of course, don’t miss catching a show on the Skydeck!”

Next time you visit, be sure to say hi to Cheyanne! Their warm personality and helpful advice will surely enhance your experience at Assembly Food Hall.

February employee of the month goes to...

Ryan Delebreau

This February we are excited to announce Ryan Delebreau as our Employee of the Month!

Ryan has been working at Assembly Food Hall for almost four years, and he is coming up on his work anniversary this May!

Ryan’s sister – Kristie is on our Assembly Food Hall Sales team and reached out to Ryan shortly after the hall opened and told him he should join the staff as a bartender. Ryan had just moved to Nashville and quickly took the job!

Ryan is the jack of all trade’s when it comes to the Food & Beverage Industry – he started his career working as a Chef in Wisconsin.

He shares that he is a self-taught chef, with many of his skills passed down from his grandmother. After honing his craft in Wisconsin, he moved to LA, where he spent three years as a Sous Chef at the renowned Italian restaurant Jon & Vinny’s. From there, he advanced to an exciting role as a private chef for Warner Bros., bringing his culinary expertise to the entertainment industry.

Fun fact – he does have a specialty dish, the Spicy Fazeli Vodka Penne, YUM!

Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time outdoors and hitting the golf course! He’s also a big fan of hockey, shooting pool, and throwing darts. He is a Nashville Predators fan—GO PREDS! And especially enjoys catching games, even when it means a friendly rivalry with his fiancée, a devoted Chicago Blackhawks fan!

Ryan admits he loves every stall at the food hall, but if he had to choose a favorite, it would be the Poke Bowl from PokeNash!  For bourbon lovers, he also highly recommends trying the Old Fashioned—a must-sip classic!

Overall, Ryan said his favorite thing about Assembly Food Hall is his team, from everyone to his bar staff to management!

January Employee of the Month goes to...

Ronnie Hampton

We are thrilled to announce Ronald Hampton as our first Employee of the Month for 2025!

Ronald, also known as Ronnie, is the day shift security lead here at Assembly Food Hall and has been a valuable member of our team since we opened nearly four years ago. With years of experience working up and down Broadway at various establishments, including the iconic Tootsies, Ronnie has truly made his mark in the area.

When he’s not at the Hall, you’ll find Ronnie spending time with his two beloved cats, Missy and Pretty Girl. Until recently, he enjoyed cruising on his Harley motorcycle in his free time.

Don’t call him a pool shark (wink)! Ronnie started out bartending and playing pool at a local pool hall and bar in Madison, TN, where he worked for 27 years. He even went on to become one of the 1994 Amateur 8-Ball Singles champions!

Ronnie’s favorite spots to grab a bite at the Hall include Pharmacy Burger, Thai Esane, Dock Local, and Prince’s Hot Chicken. His go-to order at Prince’s is the three-piece tenders with light mild seasoning and fries.

As Ronnie himself puts it, he loves working at Assembly Food Hall because “we are one big happy family!” Congrats, Ronnie – we’re lucky to have you!
