HOW DO I GET TO SKYDECK ON BROADWAY?

Skydeck on Broadway is located on Level 3 of Assembly Hall in the Fifth & Broadway development. The address is 5055 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

You can access Fifth & Broadway’s parking garage from Broadway or Commerce Street. There are plenty of paid garages and lots within walking distance of Skydeck.

DO YOU VALIDATE PARKING?

Skydeck Discounted Rate Parking Validation is provided to guests who have purchased a ticket to a Skydeck event. Parking Validation is not applicable for free events or private events.

WHERE DO I PARK FOR VALIDATED PARKING?

Customers must park in the above-ground garage at 501 Commerce Street to apply the parking discount. This garage can be accessed via the “Green” Elevators on levels B1, B2 and 5th Ave Street Level or at the Building Lobby Level. The validation is not compatible with parking sessions in the underground retail garage. Underground parkers will be required to pay the posted rate upon exit.

All parkers must be enrolled in the Metropolis parking platform, typically via the Metropolis App, which can be accessed by scanning the QR codes found throughout all garage areas and garage elevators.

Parkers must know their license plate number for validation at Skydeck, there is no other way to apply a discount to a parking session without the license plate number. The validation kiosks at Skydeck are the only way the discounted rate can be applied for customers parking in the correct location. Attendants in the garage will not be able to apply validation or discounts from the garage or the garage exit.

HOW LONG CAN I PARK WITH MY VALIDATED PARKING?

The validation discount provided is for a maximum of 5 hours. After the duration of stay reaches 5 hours and 1 minute, the validation becomes nullified, and the parker will be subject to the posted rate at the time.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?

The following items are prohibited from Skydeck on Broadway:

  • Backpacks of any kind
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Any illegal items including drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Hula hoops
  • Umbrellas
  • No alcoholic beverages or other outside food or drink
  • GoPros, Selfie Sticks, Professional Camers
  • Laser pens
  • Musical instruments
  • Costumes are allowed, but full face masks, fake weapons, and additional props are prohibited.

WHAT IS YOUR BAG POLICY?

Bags must be clear (not tinted) and cannot exceed 12″x6″x12″. No backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to make a show, you are able to transfer your ticket to a friend.

WHAT IS YOUR CAMERA POLICY?

No video or audio recording is allowed. No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lens are allowed without approval.

ARE TICKETS FROM THIRD-PARTY SELLERS ACCEPTED?

Tickets can be purchased directly through Skydeck.

Our main ticketing site is PreKindle.

We highly discourage purchasing tickets through third-party sellers as we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of resale tickets.

WHAT ARE YOUR AGE RESTRICTIONS?

Each concert will be labeled with the age restrictions based on the type of show/artist.

18+ shows require valid ID, underage guests will not be permitted.

21+ shows require valid ID, underage guests will not be permitted.

All ages shows will be indicated as such and require all minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult over 21+ at all times.

AM I SUBJECT TO SEARCH TO GO INSIDE THE VENUE?

All persons entering Skydeck may be searched (by ‘pat down’, security wands, metal detectors or other lawful means) to make sure no prohibited items are on their person each time they enter or re-enter the venue. All bags are subject to search. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, and to prohibit anyone from entering the venue with any items that we determine may pose a risk to other guests, our employees or performers. We encourage guests coming to shows and other events at Skydeck to arrive early.

WHAT FORMS OF I.D. DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept physical copies only of government-issued driver’s license, non-driver ID card, or passport. When applicable, minors are not required to show proof of ID.

IS THIS VENUE STANDING ROOM ONLY?

Yes, we are a standing room venue. However, we are ADA compliant and offer seating for guests with special needs.

IS SKYDECK ADA ACCESSIBLE?

We are ADA compliant and offer limited seating for guests with special needs upon request. Please check in with our event staff upon your arrival for more information. Guests with mobility assistants accompanying them to shows must adhere to age requirements specified for the show they are attending.

CAN TICKETS BE SCANNED OFF MY PHONE?

Yes, e-tickets can be scanned off your phone.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE SHOW?

If the show hasn’t sold out, you can purchase tickets at the box office starting one hour before the doors and during the show.

DOES SKYDECK OFFER FOOD?

Skydeck does not have food but you are able to bring food in from Assembly Food Hall located on Level 2.
