ABOUT THE SPACE
Does Assembly Food Hall take cash payment?
No, but we take all major credit cards and debit cards. We also offer rechargeable gift cards, called Hall Passes, as an alternative to cash payment. Why do you not take cash? We serve many guests a day, therefore speed and safety are top of mind–by eliminating cash we are able to achieve both.
What is a Hall Pass?
A Hall Pass is a rechargeable gift card that can be used at any of the 30+ eateries & bars at Assembly Food Hall. To purchase a new card or recharge your current card, please visit our helpful Hall Guides at the info desk located on the South and North halls of Assembly Hall.
How many eateries are there?
There are 30+ eateries & bar at Assembly Food Hall. Eateries are located across the North and South Hall, along with multiple bars.
What type of service can I expect?
Assembly Food Hall is a casual, come and go, premium dining experience. A.K.A. we do not have wait service or hosts. Simply grab your favorite menu item and beverage from eateries and bars, and sit anywhere you like. Seating is available all throughout Assembly Hall,
Do you have wifi? What about power outlets?
Yes. Free WiFi is available under “Assembly Hall Guest” with the input of your email or Facebook login.
Yes. There is no shortage of power outlets in Assembly Food Hall! Most power outlets are located along the walls of the South Hall and along the walls of the North Hall as well. You’re welcome to charge up anywhere for free.
Is Assembly Hall pet-friendly?
Although we love your furry friends, Assembly Food Hall is currently not pet-friendly. However, we are committed to making reasonable modifications to permit the use of service animals by our customers with disabilities. All registered and trained service animals are welcomed to assist a person with a disability in Assembly Hall. Please bring their paperwork for proof of registration upon request.
Do you have an elevator or escalator?
Yes. An elevator is located in the center of the hall and has access to all three floors. The escalator is located next to the elevator and travels up to the second floor.
Can I bring outside food and drinks to Assembly Hall? What about a birthday cake?
No. Outside food or drinks are not allowed. Exceptions are made for the dietary needs of infants, medical determinations and homemade desserts for special celebrations (ex.: birthdays).
Yes. Please feel free to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays with your own homemade dessert.
Do you provide free water?
Yes. There are water stations located in the North and South hall.

Can I host a party at Assembly Food Hall?
Yes. Parties can be hosted on the Skydeck or at any of our bars and eateries. The outdoor terraces in North and South hall are also available. These places will accommodate parties of any size.

Yes. We have food options that accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs.
ENTERTAINMENT
What is the Skydeck?
The Skydeck is Nashville’s largest rooftop and entertainment venue for live music, special events, and cheering on the home team. The Skydeck holds up to 1800+ people and has a 700 square foot event stage, with a 20 ft. LED screen. Skydeck also includes multiple bars and private event spaces.
How do I buy a ticket for an event?
You can register for free performances and buy tickets at www.eventbrite.com. All tickets to Assembly Food Hall and Skydeck will be sold via EventBrite. Do not buy from resellers.
Are the concerts rain or shine?
When severe weather conditions exist in close proximity to Assembly Food Hall, we may choose to delay a performance for an hour or more before deciding to cancel or proceed. The Skydeck stage is an outdoor venue and is not covered. Guest safety is our primary concern. If weather conditions dictate, we may have to cancel a show. We encourage all Assembly Hall guests to dress for potential weather changes. Umbrellas are not admitted into the venue for concerts.
It's showtime! What not to bring (or do):
-Outside food or beverage (including flasks)
-Folding chairs
-Coolers
-Weapons (knives, guns, and anything else that could be considered a weapon)
-Smoking of any kind (e-cigarettes, etc.)
-Illegal substances
-No professional camera equipment or drones without prior approval
-Dog/Cat/Other Animals (unless they are a certified service animal, if so, please bring their paperwork)
-No backpacks or oversized bags. Purses and other small holding bags are subject to searches.
-Fake driver’s license
-You may dress however you please, but let’s avoid X-Rated attire–i.e. Bottoms, a top and shoes are strongly encouraged. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion due to inappropriate (or offensive) clothing.
Do you have age restrictions?
Assembly Food Hall welcomes all ages but children must be directly supervised by an adult at all times. All performances are open to the public unless noted.
