Founded in 2020 by Amanda Frederickson, Radish Kitchen has expanded to multiple locations, including their forthcoming spot at Assembly Food Hall, strategically positioned between Prince’s Hot Chicken and Pharmacy Burger. Radish Kitchen offers a variety of healthy salads, grain bowls, and wraps made from scratch, emphasizing in-house preparation and high-quality ingredients.
