Homegrown – Located on the North Side of the food hall, this bar offers a large selection of draft beers (32 to be precise!) including local favorite Yazoo Brewing Co. along with some of Nashville’s best craft brews. Oh, and did we mention our craft cocktails? All drinks are hand shaken and made with only the best ingredients. Let our expert bartenders pour you the perfect beverage.
Agave Maria – Skip the plane ride–Assembly Hall’s premier tequila bar will transport you straight to a beach in Mexico with just one margarita. Our bartenders, or as we call them, mezcal masters, will guide you through Agave Maria’s extensive list of tequilas and mezcals until you find your perfect sip. Grab a blanco, añejo, or reposado and join us in a cheerful “Salud”.
Single Barrel – Just like whiskey is a staple in country music, whiskey is the heart and soul of Single Barrel. Quality of Technique: Our Assembly Hall bartenders are well versed in over 100 different craft cocktail recipes. Just like any skill, the key to creating a delicious and balanced cocktail every time is to perfect the technique. Our bartenders work every day to perfect their craft so that they can shake, stir and pour the perfect craft drink.
Quality of People: It takes a village to run so many bars, and every person is counted on to keep it running smoothly.
