Everything You Need to Know About Parking for Skydeck Events
Planning to attend an upcoming event at the Skydeck? Metropolis and Skydeck have teamed up to offer Skydeck event goers a flat parking rate for our shows. We will be offering a discounted parking validation only for guests who have purchased tickets to a Skydeck event. Please note that validation is not available for free or private events.
Where to Park
To qualify for parking validation, guests must park in the above-ground garage located at:
- 501 Commerce Street
This garage is accessible via:
- The Green Elevators on Levels B1, B2, and the 5th Avenue Street Level
- The Building Lobby Level
Important:
Parking validation does not apply to the underground retail garage. If you park there, you will be required to pay the posted rate upon exit, no exceptions.
Using the Metropolis Parking Platform:
All guests must be enrolled in the Metropolis parking platform, most conveniently via the Metropolis App. You can quickly access the app by scanning QR codes posted throughout the garage and inside garage elevators.
To validate your parking session at the Skydeck:
- You must know your license plate number
- Visit the validation kiosks within the Skydeck vestibule upon your arrival. This location is the only place the discount can be applied
- Garage attendants cannot validate or apply any discounts at the garage or at the garage exits
Parking Duration & Discount Details
- The validation discount covers a maximum of 5 hours
- If your parking session exceeds 5 hours and 1 minute, the validation is void, and you will be charged the full posted rate
- Parking discounts are only valid for paid ticketed events at Skydeck
Additional Reminders:
Skydeck is not responsible for any parking-related fees or incidents involving vehicles in the garage. We recommend arriving early, enrolling in the Metropolis platform ahead of time, and keeping your license plate number handy.
