Sixty Vines Now Open

Sixty Vines Now Open - hero

Located on Level 3 of Assembly Food Hall, Sixty Vines brings a unique take on Wine Country cuisine to Assembly Food Hall at Fifth + Broadway. With a come-as-you-are environment and fresh, relaxed atmosphere, the contemporary restaurant invites its guests to explore wine country from their Nashville rooftop. Locals and visitors can sustainably sip wines by the flight, glass or reusable bottle while enjoying legendary views of Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium.

Sixty Vines is uniquely known for its wine-on-tap program, serving more than 60 wines in kegs.  Each keg contains about 26 bottles of wine and will be reused to hold around 1,500 bottles in its life. The process not only ensures optimal taste by providing a longer shelf life and proper temperature but dramatically reduces the carbon footprint and impacts sustainability. Sixty Vines estimates it will save more than 50,000 bottles and corks from landfills in its first year of operation in Nashville.

The restaurant is full service and encourages “enjoying abundance” through family-style dining including pizzas, pastas, seasonal proteins, cheese boards and more. Guests can expect the freshest ingredients, many sourced locally, seasonal menu items and farm-to-table offerings that pair beautifully with wine. The bar program includes a thoughtfully curated list of wines on tap and by the bottle. By building personal relationships with many of the most revered winemakers in the world, Sixty Vines offers many exclusive wines in kegs – allowing every guest to get “as close as you can get to drinking straight from the barrel.” Cocktails and local beer on tap will also be included on the menu.

Sixty Vines covers over 16,000 sq. ft. and has private dining room, a greenhouse patio, full bar and rooftop views overlooking the Ryman Auditorium.

We can’t wait to hear what you think!
